"Now, what are the frames of reference?
-There is the case where a monk remains focused on the body in & of itself — ardent, alert, & mindful — putting aside greed & distress with reference to the world.
-He remains focused on feelings in & of themselves...
-He remains focused on mind in & of itself...
-He remains focused on mental qualities in & of themselves — ardent, alert, & mindful — putting aside greed & distress with reference to the world.

-Ở đ�y, n�y c�c Tỷ-kheo, Tỷ-kheo tr�, qu�n th�n tr�n th�n, nhiệt t�m, tỉnh gi�c, ch�nh niệm, nhiếp phục tham ưu ở đời.
-Vị ấy tr�, qu�n thọ tr�n c�c cảm thọ...
-Vị ấy tr�, qu�n t�m tr�n t�m...
-Vị ấy tr�, qu�n ph�p tr�n c�c ph�p, nhiệt t�m, tỉnh gi�c, ch�nh niệm, nhiếp phục tham ưu ở đời.

"This is called the frames of reference.

"And what is the development of the frames of reference? There is the case where a monk remains focused on the phenomenon of origination with regard to the body, remains focused on the phenomenon of passing away with regard to the body, remains focused on the phenomenon of origination & passing away with regard to the body — ardent, alert, & mindful — putting aside greed & distress with reference to the world.

"This is called the development of the frames of reference.

Như vậy, n�y c�c Tỷ-kheo, l� sự tu tập niệm xứ.

"And what is the path of practice to the development of the frames of reference? Just this noble eightfold path: right view, right resolve, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration. This is called the path of practice to the development of the frames of reference."

V� n�y c�c Tỷ-kheo, thế n�o l� đạo lộ đưa đến sự tu tập niệm xứ? Đ�y l� con đường Th�nh đạo t�m ng�nh, tức l� ch�nh tri kiến, Ch�nh Tư duy, Ch�nh Ngữ, Ch�nh Nghiệp, Ch�nh Mạng, Ch�nh Tinh tấn, Ch�nh Niệm, Ch�nh định. N�y c�c Tỷ-kheo, đ�y gọi l� đạo lộ đưa đến tu tập niệm xứ.
